The seller is Jessica Moore and she claims that she works for the British Embassy but has recently been relocated to Belfast where due to long hours she is unable to care for her two new Blue British Shorthair kittens (both with full papers. She offers the kittens at a quarter of their usual price as long as the buyer will pay for the transportation from Belfast. You then get an email from a bogus pet transport company followed by a phone call from a man with an African accent asking you to arrange payment to a man called Edibe Mofar based in Cameroon - this is when I realised that I was being scammed. They put pressure on you saying that the kitten (or puppy) is with a courier about to board a flight and all they need is for you to go to a post office to arrange a money transfer to Cameroon.
