Opendownload.de offers free gratis software like OpenOffice, Acrobat Reader and so on.

But, instead of free downloads, you have to register yourself in this communtiy. Durring the registration-steps you must subscribe a online-contract. In one of this steps you must agree, that you will pay a monthly payment (8 Euro per month, for two years) and one nonrecurring charge amounting to 96 Euro for your account.
